DreamJourney keeps this simple. We collect as little as possible, we explain why, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

If you leave your email through the form on our homepage, we store that email address. If you contact us directly, we keep the message so we can reply. When you create a route, we process the trip details and travel preferences you enter, such as your city, dates, pace, and interests, to assemble and personalize your guide. When you buy a guide, we receive your order details from our Merchant of Record, which include the email you used, which guide you bought, and the country needed for tax. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, without building profiles of individual visitors.

Why we use it

We use your email to let you know when a city you are interested in goes live, and to send occasional notes about DreamJourney. We use your order details to deliver your guide, to support you if something goes wrong, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send a stream of marketing you did not ask for.

Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad, who acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction, your card data, and the collection and remittance of taxes, through their own payment partners. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email at any time. Write to info@dreamjourney.travel and we will delete it promptly. You can also ask what information we hold about you, and we will tell you. We may need to keep basic purchase records where the law requires it.

Other services we rely on

Our email form is handled by a form service that passes your message to us. Our site is hosted on a standard web platform. These providers process data only to deliver the service, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, together with limited, privacy-respecting analytics where enabled. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
