Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of DreamJourney and the guides you buy from us. By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to them. We have kept them as plain as we can.

What DreamJourney is

DreamJourney is a personalized digital travel guide. After you answer a few questions about your trip, we assemble a route from verified, curated data and deliver it as a downloadable PDF, with optional audio content. We do not sell transportation, accommodation, reservations, or travel agency services. We are not a travel agency, and we do not book anything on your behalf.

What you are buying

Each purchase is a one-time digital product, a personalized route guide composed for the city, dates, and travel style you chose. It is built for your trip, not a generic download. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Once your guide is unlocked, it is yours to keep and to print.

How payment works

Payments are handled by Gumroad, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a guide, Gumroad is the seller of record for that transaction. They process your payment, issue your receipt, and collect and remit any applicable taxes. Your full card details are handled by them and their payment partners, and are not stored by us.

Using your guide

Your guide is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial travel use. You may read it, save it, and print it for your own trip. Please do not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own. The curated content, copy, and route logic remain ours.

Intellectual property

The route methodology, curated data, editorial writing, maps, layouts, and design that make up DreamJourney are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Buying a guide gives you a personal license to use it for your own travel. It does not transfer ownership of any part of it. Please do not copy, resell, or republish our content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Accuracy and your own judgment

We build each route from data we verify, and we work to keep it current. Even so, the world moves. Opening hours change, venues close, prices shift, and conditions on the ground vary. Treat your guide as careful guidance, not a guarantee. Before you travel, it is worth confirming the things that can change, such as bookings, opening times, entry rules, visas, health requirements, and local safety, where they apply to your trip. The final decisions on your trip are yours.

Places run by other companies

A guide may point you to hotels, restaurants, activities, and booking links operated by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or service. Any booking you make with them is between you and them.

Availability of the service

We may update, pause, or change parts of DreamJourney as the product grows. We will do our best not to disrupt a guide you have already bought.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DreamJourney is not liable for losses arising from travel decisions made using a guide, from changes by third-party venues, or from events outside our reasonable control. Your guide is provided for informational purposes to support your travel planning and experience.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
