Made on the ground

We live in Latin America.
These routes are how we travel.

We are Melissa and Aleksejs. Melissa grew up in Peru, Aleksejs came to it from Latvia, and between us there are more than 50 countries on five continents. Every place in a DreamJourney route is researched and checked by people first, and these four photographs are our own.

Questions, answered

What do I get?
A complete route, ready to travel. View it on the web and download a printable A4 guide to keep, with day-by-day plans, selected stays and restaurants, activities, timings, booking links, route maps, and a calendar you can add to your own. Signature also includes original audio guides for selected places along the way.
Is it personalized to me?
Yes. Your pace, interests, who you travel with, and budget shape which places are selected and how your days are arranged. Your route is composed day by day around your trip, and your guide carries your name on the cover.
Are bookings included, or do I arrange them myself?
Your purchase covers your personalized route and guide. Hotels, restaurants, activities, tickets, and other travel costs are booked and paid for separately through the booking links inside your guide. You keep control of your choices, current prices, availability, and cancellation terms. We do the research, selection, and planning. The booking stays in your hands.
How do I get my guide?
Checkout is handled securely by Gumroad. After payment, you can access your route on the web, download your printable PDF, and add the route to your calendar. The downloaded PDF is yours to keep.
Do I get alternatives if I change my mind?
Yes. Your guide gives you the main route first, then curated day alternatives you can use if you would rather change part of it. Full Route includes up to two day changes, and Signature includes up to four, so you get flexibility without having to plan the trip again from scratch.
Which destinations are available now?
DreamJourney currently covers Cusco, Cancún, and Rio de Janeiro, with more destinations in preparation. If your destination is not available yet, leave your email on this page and we will let you know when it is ready.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every route comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your route does not fit your trip, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The full terms are on our refund page.
Who chooses the places in my route?
People. Every place in our collection is researched, selected, and checked by hand before it can enter a route. Your answers decide which places fit your trip, and fixed rules arrange them by day around your pace, opening hours, distance, and altitude.
